Zorba Beach Houses wasn’t just a place to sleep - it was a full-day experience in golden tones, ocean textures, and barefoot moments. From soft-pink dawns to hazy sunsets melting into night, each hour brought something beautiful.
This isn’t your typical itinerary.
It’s a visual memory of a single, perfect day - from sunrise to sunset - on the coast of Tulum.

🌅 6:00 AM - Poolside Sunrise
First light hits the water. Reflections shimmer. The day begins in quiet calm.
We started the morning with coffee in hand, sitting by our private pool as the sky turned from blue to gold. The palms were still, the beach just beyond.
☕ 8:00 AM - Beachfront Breakfast
Waves, palm shadows, and the smell of fresh tortillas in the air.
Zorba’s taco & breakfast bar served up perfect simplicity - eggs, fruit, local salsa, fresh juice. With your toes in the sand.
🏖️ 10:00 AM - Morning Beach Walk
Sand still cool from the night. Driftwood and treasures scattered by the tide.
We strolled barefoot with no goal, no timeline - just shell collecting and wave watching.
🕶️ 12:00 PM - Midday Shade + Pool Dip
The sun climbs high. Everything slows down.
We retreated to the plunge pool outside our villa, then found shade in the hammock or loungers under palm thatch.
🚲 2:00 PM - Wandering Tulum Town
A short bike ride away: colorful streets, jungle cafes, hidden corners.
We rode into town for an iced latte and ceviche. The mix of modern boutiques and rustic stalls makes every corner photo-worthy.
🌴 4:30 PM - Hammock Hour
Back at Zorba. No plans till sunset.
With the heat fading, we drifted into golden hour in our favorite spot - gently swinging in the shade, listening to the waves.
🌇 6:15 PM - Tulum Sunset on the Shore
The most beautiful light of the day.
We walked barefoot along the beach as the sun dipped behind clouds of coral and lavender. A few dogs played nearby. The breeze picked up. Time stopped.
✨ 8:00 PM - Starry Skies
Soft lights glow. The sound of the sea never stops.
We ended the night on the patio, surrounded by palm trees. The stars above us, and the hum of the waves in the dark.
One Day Wasn’t Enough.
But one day can remind you how much you can feel when you slow down and watch the light shift around you.
Zorba Beach Houses gave us space to breathe, see, and be- from poolside sunrise to moonlit palms.
This photo diary is a love letter to those little in-between moments.
